Is there any fee to become a member?No, there is no fee. It is completely free. |

How can I create a new community?Go to the " My account " page and then click on " Create new community " link. Then enter your information in the following screens. Once you create your community successfully, you will automatically be the owner and community leader of your community. |

How can I become a member of my community?You need to know your community's code. This you can find out from your community's admin or leader. Once you know it, go to " My account " and then click on the " Become a member " link. |

How is it guaranteed that each and every member is a valid member from my community?We do not guarantee it. However, we have setup a procedure to add every member after approval. All members are "Approved" either by your community leader or by your community admin, who are supposed to know each of the members. As it may not be possible practically for one person to know all of them, there can be many more leaders and admins appointed in your community. |

What is a "Community Leader"?A " Community Leader " as meant on this website is a person who can manage other "Community Leaders" and "Community Admins". He can add or delete Community Leaders and Community Admins. He can do all activities of a leader and an admin can do. He can approve or reject new membership. He can make announcements in the community. He can view contact info of all the members. There is no limit of number of leaders can be defined. |

What is a "Community Admin"?A " Community Admin " can approve/reject memberships of new members. When you try to become a member by clicking on " Become a member " link, you need to choose one of the admins you know and who can approve your membership. |

I am a member but I do not show up in the family tree created by my family member.Make sure your membership is approved by the admin you chose while entering the membership form. When approved, you will receive an email notification of approval.To show up in the family tree, you need to establish relationship with your parents and spouse. You can do this by selecting their names in the drop downs "Father" and "Mother". For spouse, you need to pick your spouse or partner name, from the drop downs. |

I see one black background picture in my family tree. Why?That means, the person is not living. He must have been entered as "Deceased ? " as "Yes" during his profile entry. |

I uploaded my photo in my profile. But when I see it, it is distorted. What should I do to make it natural?You need to upload your photo with picture width and height as 150 X 150 pixels OR, in multiples of them, to maintain the aspect ratio. If it is not, then your photo will look distorted. |

I received an email saying some one selected me as father/mother/spouse. What should I do?You do not need to do anything. It is just for your information that, that person selected you to show that relationship. If that is not true, you may contact that person or your admin who can rectify it. |

I want to invite some people to join my community. How can I do?Go to My account page and login. Once you login, you will see a link " Invite a person to become a member ". Click on it, enter emaild id of the person and name and then click on Send. An email with the description already displayed will be automatically sent to the person. |
